Recipe: Lemon Shrimp

This is now one of my all time favorite shrimp recipes, and it couldn't be any easier to fix than this.  If you love shrimp you've got to try it.  I promise, you'll want it again and again.

1 lb. Fresh Shrimp
1 stick Butter
1 Lemon
1 packet Good Season Italian Dressing Mix - dry

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line a sheet cake pan with foil.

Melt a stick of butter in the pan.  Place pan in oven until butter is completely melted.  Remove pan from oven and spread the melted butter to cover entire bottom of pan.

Slice lemon and layer it on top of butter, and top with shrimp.  Make sure shrimp is in a single layer. 

Sprinkle dried Italian dressing mix. 

Bake for 15 minutes.
