Rhonda prepared this for the Friendship Sisters this month. It is a great dessert and she insists that it is very easy to prepare. Thank you Rhonda for sharing it with us.
1 C Flour
1 Stick Butter
1/2 C Pecans, chopped
Mix like a pie crust and press into a 9 x 13 glass pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
First Layer:
1 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 container of 8 oz. Cool Whip
Blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over crust.
Second Layer:
1 sm. pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 sm. pkg. Chocolate Instant Pudding
3 C Milk
Beat until think and pour on first layer.
Topping:
1/2 container of 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 Hershey Bar
1/2 C Pecans, chopped
Spread Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate shavings and nuts on top.
