1-2-3 Cake

This is a great recipe when your sweet tooth is smiling and you don't want to make a large dessert.  It is also a great gift idea.  Put in a mixture in an airtight decorative container and add a bow. 

Heres how it works:
You need two boxes of cake mix; one can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be an Angel Food cake mix.  Mix both cake mixes together either in a gallon size ziploc bag or in a large bowl. 

Simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert.  When you are ready for a treat, it is ready to go!

Put 3 T of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in 2 T of water.  Microwave for 1 minute and you will have a single serving of cake!

Top with fruit, ice cream, whipped cream, truffles or whatever suits your fancy!  Yum!!
