Kristi's Parmesan Chicken Salad


Parmesan Chicken Salad


4 - Chicken Breasts (cooked and diced)
1 C - Mayonnaise
3/4 C - Parmesan Cheese
2 T - Spicy Brown Mustard
1/3 C - Chopped Pecans
1/3 C - Golden Raisins
1/3 C - Green Onions (chopped)
1/3 C - Celery (chopped)
1 T - Minced Garlic

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours.  Best if overnight.


Serve on croissants or a bed of sliced tomatoes.


Yields 4 - 6 servings.
